Gradespace IDE for Mac

One workspace for the coding agents already on your Mac: Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and OpenCode.

Free. Bring your own agents: Gradespace IDE uses the ones you have installed.

From a request to a choice

  1. Step 1

    Ask

Type what you want in plain words, in any project on your Mac.

  2. Step 2

    Your agent works

Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or OpenCode reads your code and does the work. You can follow each step.

  3. Step 3

    Pick in Studio

Design options your agent saves open side by side in the Studio panel. Pick one, or say what should change, and it goes into your next message.

Teach your agent Studio

Studio shows the options your agent saves in your project. A short skill tells it how. It is free and plain text, so you can read it first.

Claude Code

Paste this into Terminal, then start a new chat:

mkdir -p ~/.claude/skills/studio && curl -fsSL https://thegradespace.com/ide/studio/SKILL.md -o ~/.claude/skills/studio/SKILL.md

Codex, Cursor and OpenCode

Open the skill, copy all of it and paste it at the end of the AGENTS.md file in your project. Make the file if there isn’t one.

Open the Studio skill

Why use it

  • All your agents in one window

Work with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and OpenCode side by side, with each project’s threads kept together.

  • It stays on your Mac

No Gradespace account and no usage data. Your projects, chats and keys stay on your computer, and your code is never used to train AI models.

  • Updates itself

Download it once. New versions arrive as updates inside the app. You can also reach your other computers, if you set that up.

Which Mac do I have?

Open the Apple menu and choose About This Mac. If it says Chip: Apple M, choose Apple Silicon. If it says Processor: Intel, choose Intel.

Installing

Open the downloaded file, drag Gradespace IDE into Applications, then open it from Applications.
